I gotta say "Nogizaka Haruka no Hitsume" and "Clannad:After Story" are some of my favourite Romance anime.Oh and lets not forget "Spice and Wolf" which was a rather unique romance which I really enjoyed.

My favorite romance anime is Escaflowne (it's actually my favorite anime period), even though the main characters don't technically end up together. As for manga, I guess Skip Beat! is my favorite.
