Cosplay Pet Peeves,and Venting

Get it out here. Your irkiest Pet Peeves. Vent about the issues a cosplay is giving you or even your group. Just be respectful, and for the safety of your cosplay partners do not name any names, use fake ones or character names of their outfits. I'll start~ My biggest pet peeve in cosplay is when people sexualize the cosplay or the character. Especially if the character was meant for children or is a child themselves [EX: Sexy disney princesses of SDCCI a few years back]

I agree with you on that. D: I hate when cosplayers have a really awesome costume and a really horrible personality.

I HATE when people pair an awesome costume with sneakers. like, if you dont wanna wear heels you dont have to! ballet flats work well with all cutesy costumes!! at least pick something that goes with the look

On any minimally decent costume when I see the person's real hair under the wig. I know it can be hard to do when your hair is too long and you don't have a wig cap thingie, but still… And I don't mean a little hair that's visible, I mean A LOT, like you desperately tried to wear your wig in the most horrible way possible.
