Question...? O.o

All my pictures are the same format, yet some of my pictures aren't loading. They keep saying its an error and it bumming me out. Any idea why this is happening?

If one of my pictures won't load I usually just edit the picture by shrinking it/reducing the amount of pixels and then I'm usually able to load it after a few reductions.
