Lol we needed you awhile ago yass. The owner I think can ban actually without reports since he owns it and all but it is true I think after a certain amount of times a person is reported they get automatically banned.

Yu, I know.;) Ya gotta think that he can't monitor everything, ever second, so we the people have a hand in things. Ya know....not that I'd know anything about that 'n all.;)
