Manga Complaints

What do you think needs to be fixed with manga in general? There's flaws to everything - It can be from any perspective - A business standpoint - or art styles or stories or whatever - Here's an example. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Na3Q-IVWRw

My complaint is sometimes I will read a manga and be like "OMG this is the best! I can't wait to see it done in the anime! It's going to be amazing!" but they don't do it right in the anime, so then I get disappointed! lol

For me it's definitely when I'm following a new series and it takes ages for it to come out. Right now I am following a manga called "Drifters" by Kouta Hirano. Here's an idea of what I go through. Volume one was released in North America on August 24, 2011. Volume two was released on July 25, 2012. Volume three was released on March 12, 2014. That's two years since the last release! I can't imagine how long the fourth would take. I'll have to remember to be patient for the artist(s) to work or go on hiatuses but the anticipation kills me.
