Air, Full Metal Alchemist, Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, Gantz, Wolf's Rain, Elfen Lied, Texhnolyze, Saikano, Kurau Phantom Memory, Chrono Crusade, Chobits, Shakugan no Shana, Noein - to your other self, Samurai 7, Eureka Seven, Grave of the Fireflies, Gungrave, Blood+, Berserk. That is all the ones I can think of right now.

Grave of the Fireflies Trigun Samurai X ending I've seen a lot of really depressing endings, but those are the ones I was outwardly teary for. Samurai X ending, ugh, was depressed for a while from that one. To see a warrior who deserves the best out of life die not in the heat of battle, but stripped of pride in a crippling disease. Them feels, man.

Quite a few. Happy Tears from Azumanga Daioh... especially the summer house episodes. Manly Tears from Mazinkaiser and GaoGaiGar. Sad Tears from Gundam SEED, Nadesico and Gurren-Lagann. Kenji Kawai and Yuki Kajiura also have a way with music to get you feeling the right way emotionally speaking.
