So I broke my foot on a handicap ramp.

So I was walking out of the doctor's office one day and I was still a little bit woozy from the anesthetic they gave me. I walked down the handicap ramp and my foot caught the curved edge of the ramp, causing me to fall with all the weight of my body on my left foot. I've done mountain biking, I do martial arts, but the second I walk down a handicap ramp, watch out! Ah, the irony. The painful, sore irony...

I was actually too embarrassed to to back in so I came back later claiming I fell when I was running down a mountain trail. After all, the last thing I said to the nurse was, "Nah, I don't need any assistance walking to my car" :P

Make a story up like I was fighting two wild Grizzly Bears and it smack me which made me going flying into a tree breaking my foot. xD
