Most unattractive face feature?

@yudodat: Actually... I do know my shit when it comes to acne. No, I don't have cystic acne, so I don't have an idea what it's like to have it personally. But during cosmetology school, there were two who had it, and I asked them a lot about it, what worked for them personally, what didn't work, etc. Not only that, but I'm required to take tests about acne to graduate cosmetology school........... I would seriously consider talking to a different dermatologist if you are still having problems with your acne. There are multiple different medications (both topical and oral) on the market now. Acutane isn't the only oral medication either, though it is known to have the best chances of completely eradicating it. As for the scarring? Go to an esthitician if you have the money. They have multiple treatments that can get either diminish the scarring so it's not noticeable or completely get rid of it. It'll take a few months of treatments by them, but it definitely helps. The reason I find acne unattractive is because if you aren't working on it, then it comes off as not caring about your appearance/body/health. Which to me, is the only real thing I find unattractive about an appearance. And sorry about the rant... I just don't like being told that I don't know what I'm talking about.

For me, I don't enjoy it when a person has a pus-face. If I see pus scars anywhere on your face it just grosses me out. Back in the school days when I had acne I couldn't even look myself in the face if I had a pimple.
