Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. I still have yet to find an anime that tops it.

Another good anime, probably somewhere on my top 10, is My-HiME. It's an older anime but it's one of my favorites

Steins;gate was awesome and clannad broke my heart but I cant say I have a favorite. maybe Evangenlion?
