You know what really grinds my gears?

People who can't read. It's like, I'm at work and order tickets are sent down for dinner. So I make the food, put it on their trays, and send it upstairs to the patients with their menus. So then you get the nurses taking down to us that so and so never got their bowl of soup. Well they never ordered it! Look at the fucking menu, You retarded monkey. Does it say a bowl of soup on it? No. So they didn't order it! I didn't fuck up, so don't be all like "well you forgot. .." And that's what grinds my gears. Tom? What grinds your gears, people? Could be anything. Your job, your family, me. Just post here!

You know what really grinds my gears? People who won't let anyone else speak during a conversation. You start talking and then "BAM" right in the middle of your sentence they interrupt you as if you weren't talking at all. Then every time they do it they go up one or two octaves so they can speak over you, then it becomes a shouting match of who can speak the loudest. Come on "people" it's called a conversation. Let the other person finish before you speak.

When people play games with you. Like "I'd do this is you __________." I don't have time for that. You're a grown man/woman! D: Don't waste other people's time!

You know what really grinds my gears? Incompetence. It's like, you're sitting there, new to a website, trying to figure out how things work and then you're like... "why the fuck did the programmers make it like this? This is confusing!" Ok, so like, that isn't a problem because thankfully the site had the foresight to add a suggestions page where people can be like "hey, I'm new and this is really awkward. How does I navigate?" Or the person who had been here a while and noticed a few things to make life easier could be like "hey, these new people keep asking how to figure out how to do x, y, and z. Do ya think you can tweak this and that so I don't get bombarded with people staring at me saying WHAT DO?" But do they listen? Of course not. Maybe they think they know it all, or they are just too lazy to fix it, our maybe they just don't care, but then just say that! And that's what grinds my gears.

The profile comment boxes being way too small. They could at least make them the size that they are here in forums... Makes me lose my train of thought when I can't readily see what I typed out.
