VNs-help!

I have an VN[visual novel] game of Hellogoodbye (girls are SO cute!*nosebleed*), that no matter what I do, I can't get it working. No matter what I click it just seems to install and uninstall. Just when I think it's working, I click a new button[that wasn't click able before] and the damn thing uninstalls itself! I wanted to blame it on the company "Lump of Sugar" but my other 2 games of "Lump of Sugar" both work. So I think it's maybe the disc itself. I'm ready to pull my hair out. Does anybody have the game that can maybe help me? I REALLY wanna play it.

maybe your applocal has to be set to japanese.

I set my region to Japan and all but HGB work. Apparently I need a "crack" to make it work. Not sure how though

http://erogedownload.com/ i don't know if that VN is there but it has other good VNs.

Thanks =) hopefully its on there cause I do want to be able to use my disc. I am looking for more VNs but I like having the disc & boxes and goodies
