Sooo, as awesome as sitting on the coach all warm and comfortable, munching on some holiday turkey, watching your favorite anime or reading your favorite manga sounds. Its got to take a toll on your body. So what are you guys doing to combat this body morphing season? Share your routines or advice.Personally I will bring back some of my old boxing routines, which consist of a combination of jogging, jump roping, push ups and sit ups... sorry this was suppose to go in the random chatter section I didn't realize until after I posted it.

Planet Fitness. Average of 30 minutes of activity along with cutting down on high calories (unless you're planning to work them off too) and staying away from too much soda and anything else high fructose corn syrup.
And according to my research, a weekend of just walking around during a convention combined (from panel to panel, back to your hotel room, back to the convention, out to eat/sightsee/etc.) is almost 100,000 steps total, which burns like over 8,000 calories for the weekend. Dine at Subway, stay away from the heavy drinks (and drinking) and you lose 4-7 lbs throughout the weekend and you have a blast at an anime convention.

Sadly, I will be doing nothing and probably put on about 7 pounds. :( I justify this by telling myself it's to cold out.

yeah I kind of do the justifying because its cold too. I try to just suck it up and go out anyways. I've never thought about walking around a convention could burn so many calories good stuff.

I actually am always moving because of my line of work but when I'm at home I have a weighted vest that is 50 pounds and I have wrist and ankle weights too and wear them around the house doing yardwork or running errands. I just put a big jacket on and put the weighs on under my pants and shirt so they aren't seen when out in public.

I didn't gain any weight over the holidays, or if I did I lost it right away. I'm in an Aerobics and conditioning class that is really intense. I actually have gained weight since starting it but have lost body fat percentage wise.

The gym.
and 1-2 hour walks.
But I still want to do more in the future.
The options in this little town are just so limited.
