What Do You Look For?

I'm kind of picky when it comes to looking for a girlfriend. I look for someone that has a good physical appearance, and a good personality. They could still have both and if I don't find myself having a good time with them then it's a no go. I need someone that's not going to try to change me or constantly think they themselves need to be changed. Would be nice if they played games and watched anime as well but you can't have everything right? That's not to say I haven't dated outside of my preferences, but they came to me.

Appearance wise, I'm attracted to feminine features whether they be a girl or guy. Also like when the person looks well kept. Personal hygiene is a must for me >.>;. Personality is a much bigger deal to me. While I have a "type" that I'm more initially attracted to, such as traps, people with an 'alt' look, and soft, feminine features, I've fallen for people who I didn't find very attractive initially. I like fun, funny people who are open-minded, intelligent, adventurous, feisty but somewhat passive (a 'brat' type), like-minded, and supportive. I've fallen for various kinds of people , but they were all very accepting and supportive of me. Things I hate in people that will turn me away from them: Over-aggression, stupidity, pessimists, sexism, uncleanliness, and facial hair (sorry guys, just not my thing ^^;;.)

I would be lying if I said I wasn't attracted to someone by looks because that stuff is hard coded into your genes. However I really count that as a tiny percentage of why I liked someone. Personality is pretty important. I've tried having girlfriends who don't like video games and anime but we just don't connect. Since then I have avoided relationships because it was pretty hard to find someone who understands my passion for both. I don't mind if they don't like them as much as I do, but as long as they know my feelings for it.

as for me looks don't matter as long as they don't look like a man, but I plan to have kids in future so that's a must, someone who's funny, happy, loves games, anime, family oriented or willing to deal with such, doesn't smoke, do drugs and someone who can look past my imperfections on the surface to see what I really am on the inside. I guess this is too much to ask for I guess.

Personality wise- Caring for others even if they try not to show it, sense of humor and will laugh with me, punctual, no drugs/smoking/alcohol, sorta nerdy, honest, not afraid to be themselves in front of others. Not too loud. Physical- TALL, strong, toned.

Open mind, Open heart, Honesty, dignity, compassion, respect, faithfulness, loyalty. Not always on the damn cell phone. Looks are not important. Beauty fades with time.

Personally I guess I am pretty shallow. If I do not find you attractive I most likely wont be interested in dating you. On the other hand I have dated women that don't fit into my "type" just because we enjoyed talking to each other and hanging out with each other. I guess in the end you need a good mix of both physical attraction and personality chemistry to make a relationship last. Honesty is probably one of the most important personality traits to me. If I feel like I can not fully trust you there is no way I could fall in love with you. Don't need to have the same interests but at least don't try to force yours on your partner and just take each other for who you are.
