I really hate the time between leaving the gym and coming back to the gym. Making myself more physically fit is about the only thing I can do where I feel good about myself and it's one of the only three things that I have right now where I feel good about things and that life is ok.

Nii-San I get how you feel.....It was all the same when I got dumped....Just don't focus on it too much....Find a nice game to play....Listen to some nice music....Try some archery...It's takes time off the mind and soul allowing one to focus....I hope you feel better tho
