Little hotaru. The younger brother to saizo. He was raised as a weapon and locked up most of his life only being let out when he goes on a mission. He's like a little boy trapped in a mans body. He finds everything amuzing and wonder with every little thing we take for granted. He cannot talk because he might accedently make people do stuff against their will so he writes everything down on paper he keeps with him. Hes also unsure of the feelings he feels. How can you not fall for this guy.
