I see. I would say mastering chia seed puddings can be life changing, as the chia seed has so many benefits. I haven't made it in a long time, though. I either don't have time or don't have almond milk. x.x Anyway, oats are just as good. So I hope you'll finda buncha lazy recipes you can just set and forget. As for the meal plan/prep, I'm in that boat as well. Bestie and me are gonna try for it on Saturday, I'm gonna test a low sugar vanilla bean cake. I'll let you know if it goes well.

I understand. The stress and uncertainty isn't helping at all. I do hope you'll survive the layoffs, though. Do you feel like your performance at your job has been good to the point the person calling the shots may see you as indispensable?

Interesting contraption. I find just the smallest amount of time a day, even if I'm in pain or tired. It makes me feel more productive. I'm trying to train my brain to see it as a reward in itself, but matter is over the mind at the moment. Think you could make that work, too?

Ive tried chia seed pudding a few times and I could never enjoy the texture so I would usually throw it away. I say any kind of movement and exercise is good, my jobs a lot of standing and some movement for 8-10 hours. Puppysitting sounds cute but you should take it easy, especially if he still owes you money. Ive never been a fan of core or ass exercises, ive done some planks, and glute bridges, hip thrusts here and there. I have this and it works rather well. Due to bullshit at work and lack of funds I have to either plan a lot and do lots of bulk cooking for the week as well as sacrfice free time for some exercise everyday or just work 8s and get ready in case a layoff. Ughh i hate this

Hmhm. My favorite thing to make with strawberries and raspberries is chia seed pudding. Have you had it before?
Exercise is going okay. I was doing 10mins MWF, but due to the sheer amount of pain I'm in, I lowered it to 8mins for now. I also clean Tuesday and Thursday. Then there's puppysitting. I don't just sit her in a kennel and call it neat. I play with her the entire time I have her. So that's at least two-three hours of standing at a time. With the arthritis in my back, it's a miracle I haven't just caved and told my brother I can't watch her anymore. He still hasn't paid me for it... Anyway! Peraperapera, Push ups are great, so is a good ol' fashion plank. Though I'd go to other core exercises than sit ups, since they can hurt your back. Personally my favorite one is... er... lemme finda picture... it engages the core while being good on the back, thighs, and shoulders.

Oof how long has the migraine been going on? I had a really bad one today myself, I also havent been to a dentist in awhile myself so my problems prob gonna get worse too lol.
Another great suggestion! Ill get some, maybe add it to baked oats or a smoothie. I started doing push ups 2 days ago at home. What about exercise on your end?

I'm alive. Surviving the days long migraine along with some wisdom tooth pain. See dr on Monday. Probably won't have good things to say to me. I got problems. XD
Don't forget that frozen fruits are just as good for you as fresh, and they're cheaper and keep longer. So that's an option, too. Are you exercising a decent amount?

Thank you for the suggestion, ive never heard of that before I wonder if they sell it online as well. I've tried Dango years ago and its alright, I enjoy fruits, more so the canned varieties in water then any fresh berries or apples. Oranges are lovely, I need to do some shopping this weekend.
How have you been holding up?

Hm. Diy is the way to go when you can. There are unique ways to be more cost-effective, as well. A good example is kinoko mochiko(sweet, glutinous rice flour) to replace regular flour. It provides a chewy texture, if you've ever had a dango, it's like that. It isn't expensive and you can make a lot at one time. Do you like any fruits at all?

It varies but stuff like Kingsized double stuffes oreos, chocolate covered preztels, muffins. All over priced garbage, I can make healthier lower or no sugar versions at home. Its just at work theirs the fear of possibly being laid off, i need money and idk how long unemplyment would take to help me out.

What sort of snacks do you find yourself reaching for? I'm sure there's low sugar options out there.

All true, I believe its more so from my excess stress snacking when i want dopamine after work usually. Im trying to stop it or switch it with better options.

All things in moderation. Counting carbs can be difficult, but luckily there are increasingly more options for diabetics and pre-diabetics these days. It's a good excuse to reach outside your comfort zone and explore new and interesting foods.

I don't usually comment on things, as I try to mind my business, but I do find the way you lump all schizophrenics together a bit annoying. I'm a schizophrenic as well, but my experiences are quite different from yours. Most of the hallucinations I experience are benign in nature. Just random voices talking about random things, calling my name, seeing animals that aren't there, that sort of thing. Grouping us all together based on a limited scope can often lead to the harmful stereotypes that keep many of us from keeping with our treatment plans. Though to be fair, the anti-psychotics, especially the heavier ones, have awful side-effects. This is just my own opinion, too, of course, but then I don't force my opinion. I am more commenting to offer a different perspective as you've ask for that.

Just curious if anybody noticed anything strange about me or something you don't like not that anybody cares enough about me to notice anything. Us narcissist have blind spots. So if you notice anything feel free to comment. If not that's fine aswell.

Ahoy. How is everyone surviving? Today the wildfire smoke has been so bad that my migraine is up to lvl 7. I'm in so much fucking pain I just wanna not. But I have so much work to do and no one else will step up to get shit done. Even breathing too loud hurts! I finally took my meds, now I'm gonna try to sleep. Everyone and everything can fuck off, except the shit that's on fire... gotta keep an eye on that.

Resting after I had a nasty fall. I actually fell through my attic onto my golf cart yesterday. I was getting boxes from the attic to ship out stuff sold on ebay and this weak panel broke when I stepped on it. Fortunately the top of my golf cart was shortly beneath me and it was not a long fall. Still kinda sore though.

Makes sense they do it that way, then. One is generally supposed to stir peanut butter before use. At least that's what I was taught. You're supposed to stir sour cream and other dairy products for a similar reason.

I think so, also her grandfather would leave it out and open so ants would come.
Natural peanut butter splits with the oil but id still leave it at room temp.
