I love them, but they're all three in their bratty phase where everything is toy and your scolding is just noise in the background while they chew something they're not supposed to. lol. You have any animals?

I don't have any good recents of the two small dogs my step-dad has, but I have puppy pics of Kiki(pyrenees/lab, she's bigger now) and the kittens Moon(tabby) and Nimbus(white and grey).

I had 5 siblings total, but we lost my oldest brother in the war. So now it's just me and three sisters. I'm the second youngest of the lot. We weren't always on the greatest of terms, but we basically raised ourselves for the latter part of our childhood. Our early years were good, despite the war, but basically as soon as we moved to America things started moving downhill from there. My nan on my dad's side was born in Miyazu, which is due northwest of Kyoto in Kyoto prefecture. She was adopted by an Irish family sometime before WW2 broke out. That's the most we know about her Japanese history. How about your family? Do you know much about your family history?

Nice. Good you have something in common. I hope you get along well? I think the only one of my sisters that isn't anime fan is my older sister. Everyone else is varying degrees of enjoyer. I'd say I'm probably the closest to an anime otaku, but I'm more of an overall Japanese culture lover. Partly because I'm part Japanese, but I think I would like it even if I wasn't. Are there other aspects of Japanese culture you like?
