Use Titanium and/or Niobium. Both are hypoallergenic. Not sure why anodized Aluminum would bother you either though, so maybe that's an option. Is it a Nickel allergy? What other metals bother you?

I could never work full time and go to college. (I did work part time when I was going). I value free time too much. I hate even working full time. I'm working on ideas for craft projects to make money because I hate working on a set schedule for anybody else. I would rather be poor with lots of free time than rich with hardly any.
