I've been noticing this within my circle of friends and even outside of actually. People tend to have a hard time starting a conversation with someone they met/added through the internet. Now i know that's obvious but I wanted to start this topic so that we as a community can find good things to use as a conversation starter in hopes to help people just like me get some ideas when we run into such situations. As I'm quite inexperienced with this, hopefully a few of our experienced members can give some good advice. :)

I highly doubt this would help, but hey who knows. Name: Patrick Height: 5'6 1/2 Eye Color: Brown? Light Brown? Light Blue Edges. Hair Color: Black Age: 17 Turning 18 this year. Current Location: Quezon City, Philippines I guess I'll divide this up into sections to make it more digestible. Interest/Hobbies: Obviously right from the get go anime has to be one of the things that interests me and quite frankly it has motivated to reach heights I've never would've thought I'd do. I like to watch a good mixture of romance, action and comedy. One of them being Highschool DxD now i know it's not the best but hey we have our own taste in things. Second would be, Gaming. This is like my bread and butter and i mean that in a way in which it's something i always do; this not that I'm great at it but it allows me to relax. Ever since i was a kid this was what kept me sane from the constant bullying i received. I mainly play games that are quite challenging such as league of legends, Counter Strike: GO, Don't Starve and even a few MMOs like TERA (Haven't really touched it in a while.) Finally Reading, to be honest I'm on and off for this one. It really depends on what the book is about i enjoy more of the fiction side. Like stories about space wars or something, also stuff like investigation really interests me it help me think deeper. Good exercise for the brain in my opinion. Attitude/Goals: Alright straight up, I'm a shy type of guy. but when i really get to know someone i can talk for hours on end. It's usually something about the community/facts/politics or just some random stuff like how mankind got to where it is now or is there really a possibility of reincarnation. Also I'm the type of person who likes to create things whether it may be a book or a board game I'll be all up for it. I crave for new experiences in life, not material things as far as I'm concerned as long as I'm up to date on whats hip in terms of tech and a little bit of fashion i don't really mind. This may not seem common for guys but I'm quite emotional mostly caused by some bad experiences. Not really gonna go to deep with that one. So if you don't like that then feel free to skip my post. Even with all that said I'm quite energetic and usually happy about my life, maybe a few bumps here and there but i always set-up myself every morning to be positive. I always try to help my friends in every way i can but also that depends on what they need. Overall if you're looking for a person that can be there for you when you need him, I'm your man.
