. @vezax (did u do stoach exercises like crunces?)thats more dangerous.... Definitely not stop it(if u started crunches)!! stopping will cause ur stomach muscles to eventually loose out their tone and give a bump to ur stomach!

. @vezax lol planks are fine, coz they remove the fat.. excercises involving the tone of muscles are the ones which u need to do lifelong if u start them!

Nobody @muffster When it's black and you can still see their posts it means their account got deactivated. When all you can see is their picture in the forums it'll usually tell you their account has been suspended.
