Smackjeeves is probably you're best bet. It's free, sure there's LOTS and LOOOTS of competition, but it will get your art out there. Plus, you get your very own homepage for you to use. Look me up on there sometime, I haven't updated it yet, so it's not all there. Just search "Red River Reaper" in the search bar, you'll find it. :D As for the outline, you mean like a plot summary? Shoot, I'm all ears.
