In the year 2022, the world is in chaos. With civilization on the brink of apocalypse do to cyber security falling into the hands of an evil organization, the government selects a schoolgirl as their ultimate weapon code-named: Neka. The schoolgirl they have selected turns out to be a boy, but it doesn't matter, the world needs a magical "girl" to save it.
