I don't think it's possible to use mods on console BUT cheating on the game is possible. With the right resource in the game, you can make your character OP. The only mod I have is a face mask.

There's Hearthsfire, Dawnguard, and Dragonborn. Hearthsfire allows you to build your own house, adopt children (New orphans added to some city), I can't remember much for Hearthsfire. Dawnguard has some newer quests and you can become a vampire. You can either choose to be a Dawnguard or vampire. As a vampire, you can transform into Vampire Lord (I hate it honestly but I love glowing eyes). Also, if you're a werewolf, you can finally access the perk tree. Without this DLC, you can still be a werewolf but no perk tree. More weapons and armors added. Dragonborn has some more quests too and you can travel to Solhestiem, another land like Skyrim. Pretty much another map. Looks smaller than Skyrim but quite big-ish. You will fight another Dragonborn named Mirak. You can tame dragons and ride them. Swing your swords as you're mounted on a horse, shoot arrows with a bow while riding a horse. There's new powers, weapons and armors. It's so fun. I bought the Legendary Edition for PC. The one I had came with a steam code for the Legendary Edition as a virtual copy while I have the physical copy. :'D There's mod too that's makes it more enjoyable.
