Xmen has one of the best alien waifus. Lilandra Neramani. She is the Empress of the Shi'ar empire. A space faring civilization. Her hair is actually feathers because the Shi'ar evolved from birds. Professor Charles Xavier and Lilandra fall in love. She takes him to her empire at the end of the series since he is sick. In some spin off comics they have a daughter. Alright, I'm gonna stop nerding out
