Not sure I've ever heard of them being used in salad. I did make a side with some extras I had sitting around once with some herbal seasonings and cheese.

Hmm... Im not really a sweet potato person, but sweet potatoes dont seem like a great choice if you're going for savory. Mini golden potatoes would probably be better for that...

Sorry, I was getting lunch. For sweet potatoes, umm... a little cinnamon and brown sugar? Ive never made fries from scratch (ot sweet potatoes in general), but thats what my mom puts in sweet potato casserole. I have an awesome pancake recipe. Ill give it to you when I get home. Ill respond to everything else when I have time.
