Indeed. Microwave radiates food, while cooking with so much effort and love can overload the sink and dishwasher. I've made banana pudding with homemade vanilla wafers, as well as tiramisu with homemade mascarpone cheese and homemade ladyfingers. I also made Christmas Soup and made-from-scratch red, white and blue velvet cheesecake in preparation for the holidays and the past Campaign.
