I am MtF trans pre-op, and I go by any pronoun but I do prefer female pronouns. I do also have a lot of mental challenges like depression, anxiety and stress issues, ADHD, and other issues. But as I get to know someone I eventually open up about my past to maybe help them understand what I'm dealing with, at most times, alone. I can be hard to reach especially when my life spins out of control, but I DO SEE YOUR DM'S and it can be a number of reasons why I don't speak for a bit.
