I like spicy food~! But I’m not addicted to spicy food~The most popular flavor of this region is “sweet”~So many sweet food made from sticky rice powder. Lately, I found I have a high tolerance for spicy food ;).. the Samyang noodles.. I’ In fact a big fan of food(I have ordered well-known traditional food of various regions online). Thanks for bringing up food.

Why do Buddha (弥勒佛）have a big belly? We have an interesting couplet explaining it “大肚能容天下难容之事,笑口常开笑天下可笑之人”（*feels philosophical). Big belly~Leniency.
Ghost @kuharido Interesting saying. One of my qigong books spoke about the laughing Buddha and how snow would evaporate before touching his body.
Ghost @kuharido I have seen some paintings showing Bodhidharma with a big belly aswell.
