Yeah, I was planning going to Katsucon next month and Otakon this August. I was hoping to cosplay as Beat from Jet Set Radio this year.its going to be my first Katsucon, but this will be my 10th Otakon. You should try to make it to otakon. It's seriously one of the best.

That's ironic because I was literally playing Tomb Raider the other day! To answer your question, it depends on what type of atmosphere you prefer to be in. Zenkaikon is small, but very personable, while Otakon is totally massive, but can be a bit overwhelming. I like both because I can meet people that share the same interests that I do. I've been to enough to know what to expect when I go each time. We're you planning on going to one at some point. I know that there are some in your state and especially close by NYC.
