Got a New Job That Pays More, been busy Training but already Frustrated (The Main Guy Retires January 5th and im supposed to Replace him and no one else in the Company Knows how to run everything) I am Frustrated because there having me do work i already know instead of having me Shadow him to try and learn while theres still time.
