Gabriel @gabriel_true Thank you for reaching out, Dagger! I remember you had departed shortly before I to pursue a new road in life. I too have had similar experiences. Did that business with someone damaging your car ever get resolved. I know it was many months ago, however I remember you'd something happen that was terrible. Also, how fairs your church life? Christ has been very active in my own this year. Not to say He ever was absent as we know the man never rests fulfilling His coming kingdom! God bless and His peace be with us both my friend!

Gabriel @gabriel_true Sounds like your misfortune with keeping a vehicle rivals my father. He went through 3 trucks within a year. 2 were his fault and one was by another pulling out of a Sam's Club parking lot while glancing at their phone.

Gabriel @gabriel_true I passed yet another crash up the road from house at the same intersection. It's bizarre how so many accidents can happen in a given place in almost the exact same fashion.

Gabriel @gabriel_true Congratulations on your successes! I've been gaining weight unwittingly. Trying to go back to how I was 2 years ago, but not there yet. As for other news I am a truck driver now, so I stay very busy. I've also been attending a church group in the little free time I get these days. However it is fulfilling for sure! I'm glad to see I have been missed and that you guys are doing ok!

Oyabun @senpaisamasan The medic lifestyle truly was not meant for me. You'll only catch me outside of the ER, unless I've fucked up.
Gabriel @gabriel_true I had a friend who worked graveyards in the Emergency Room as an X-Ray tech. I understand your pain. As for myself I chose the path of truck driving and it is equally stressful as well as time consuming!
Oyabun @senpaisamasan I would think that each job entails it's hardship, but being a truck driver has its perks right? Or have you started getting tired of the scenery and gas station food
Gabriel @gabriel_true Truck driving has a lot of hidden costs that make the job dubious at times. Getting certified and then keeping certifications is a nickel and dime scheme that'll drain your pockets fast if you're not prepared. Also the industry is very cutthroat and extremely competitive, so it is a dog eat dog world for sure.

How was the movie!
Gabriel @gabriel_true Equalizer 3 was fantastic, you should watch it! It ended quicker than I expected, but everything felt powerful. Not like in John Wick where death no. 359 rings hollow because you're desensitized by them after 3 movies of over 1,000 deaths each. Each one feels personal and impacts the overall narrative.

Gabriel @gabriel_true I thought you had? There is a character reference from the previous 2 movies that's tied to a supporting character's backstory. Even so it is possible to watch all 3 movies as standalone pieces. Denzel has set goals throughout each film that applies specifically to that narrative. The only thing that's universal is his dedication to bring Punisher style justice on behalf of the weak and manipulated. Again think The Punisher from Marvel, but without the comic book tropes.

My girlfriends mom, she was talking to her yesterday and she replied with a good morning text today but went silent for hours later only to tell me shes been in the emergency for her mom. I.told her to take her time, id do more but shes kinda far away from me sadly.

Gabriel @gabriel_true About a month ago he was in a motorcycle accident with a truck. He was in a coma for about a week.

Gabriel @gabriel_true My sister and nephew did find a more affordable place to rent. My nephew is back in school thank the Lord. As for my cousin I haven't heard from his girlfriend recently. I know half his body was crushed in addition to the brain damage. It won't be a quick recovery unless God himself wills it so!

The earth is not millions of years old, i posted a video on my thread debunking this. Scientists use radiocarbon dating as their way of saying we can see the world is this old because of some rocks that have isotopes we can determine how old it is based on the decay of said isotope. But this method is flawed and not exactly accurate.
Also about the day is a thousand years principle, people have stated that we are in the last days based off this concept. They also state that each day or thousand years represent God's creation of the earth and therefore reflect God's period of rest. Now idk how accurate this is, but when you look at things like god removing his hand that protects us and him releasing the devil from his prison it kinda lines up? But again no one knows when the world will end so its silly to even try to guess it.
Gabriel @gabriel_true It's true there is much we don't know for certain about the exact process of God's making of the universe, but why I mentioned it was because I know you had had questions about that matter. My point being that it's irrelevant either way whether it's a day or a million years. To God things are made when He makes them. The best we can do is use what's already there to best improve our lives with God.
