For some reason I was never able to get 100% into TOS... I admit DS9 wasn't the best in that I prefer the exploration aspect of the series and .... Sisko went nowhere lol.
I felt VOY was like the next level of TNG in some ways, since relationships between crew-members were explored more....oh and Q (but Q is less fun without Picard)!
