The GIF is from the anime film "The Girl who Leapt through Time". I enjoyed it a lot and I would recommend it. The director of the film is Mamoru Hosoda, the same guy who did Summer Wars and Wolf Children.

lmao, yeah I do too. xD Ugh it sucks being old these days. Same here! It was just a cartoon to me. I remember my mom looking at me weird cause I was watching something girly like Sailor Moon. lol You're welcome. I wish I was brave enough to join the military. D:
