I'm still new to app dev, but I can tell you that if you are in school and using YouTube and Chatgpt
then this is all on you and free if you can implement this in your app

as for payment, I still research, not implemented yet, but I can tell you as least:
Webhosting $20 a month
domain $20-$100 per year I think
cloud for storage cost varies between $100-$1000 maybe?
if you don't want that then just do it on your own by self-web hosting, but it will cost you for as least $500 for the machine and electricity, unless you have solar then it is free energy with battery

Don't really remember much about first I think either Nami, Orihime or Hinata?
but I definitely love Yandere for some reason as my crush either Yuno Gasai from Mirai Nikki or Kurumi from Date a Live
