Breakdance is all aout upper body strength if you want to do all the crazy powermoves, I developed a style where it involves a lot flexability, footwork and creativity. I am training to do better moves, therefor that involves a lot of gym sessions. It be my dream move to do a spinning airchair, but I'm more focused on learning how to do a flag spin and flares lol.
