I'm working part time while studying to become an HVAC tech. Saved up money for it so I'm not in debt. In fact, I'm the most financially stable I've ever been in my life, even when I was working full time, due to working my ass off saving up the money.
As far as hobbies, I'm into anime and gaming, and don't watch any TV or much movies (not that I wouldn't watch what you like)
For politics I don't support anyone, I support individual policies and achievements. And I vote for who has the best. I'm a libertarian and a capitalist, but that doesn't mean I can't get along with a conservative or a liberal. Just means if you hate more economically right wing views or more freedom of the individual, sorry I'm what you hate.
