Hello, I’m Julia. Thank you for visiting my profile.
I’m a bit of a lone soul, not exactly a people person. I’ve been trying to make new friends online for a couple of years now. Along the way, I’ve met plenty of people and learned a lot from them and how differently they see the world. It’s been fascinating to see how varied life can be even among people from the same country. And yet, there’s still this comforting overlap in how people think, feel, and complain about similar things. Of course, not everything has been pleasant or enriching. Humans are fundamentally unhinged. Myself included. Probably especially.
But if there’s one universal truth I’ve learned from years of talking with strangers, it’s this: no matter who you are, where you’re from, or what deep philosophical topic you're discussing, if you talk for long enough, the conversation will eventually lead to video games. It’s like a law of nature. At this point, I have given up on learning anything else about social interaction, I’ve stopped resisting it and just accepted that every path leads to Sonic, Final Fantasy, or Barbie Horse Adventures for the Playstation 2.
Despite how absurd all of that sounds, I'm still oddly open to talking with random strangers, so feel free to message me anytime.
I'm looking for friends and maybe for a partner, but more importantly, I'm hoping to meeet someone who likes Factorio or Satisfactory and wants to play. I absolutely love those games, but I’ve really been missing out on the multiplayer side.
Currently enjoying:
DOOM: The Dark Ages
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered
Kusuriya no Hitorigoto S2
Apocalypse Hotel
Gag Manga Biyori Go
Uma Musume, the animated series. I don’t play Gacha games.
Gintama
Not really enjoying:
Lazarus
Kowloon Generic Romance
