Yeah this game is pretty cool. It also features one of the coolest prizes in gaming. When you win a nationals or worlds you get to design your own character card and it will be legal for play. It will have your full name, and your likeness drawn by whoever you choose to commission. You also get to design its abilities (but they have to be vetted by the makers so its balanced). You then get hundreds of these to sell, trade or give away (with with later getting printed in promo packs).

I've only ever had one long distance relationship & it worked out fairly well. Things actually didn't go sour 'til he moved closer to me. However, I've had several friends who were in long distance relationships & were completely miserable. So I guess it really varies from person to person. The thing is that both people have to put an equal amount of effort into the relationship, otherwise it won't work.

I would love to have a "clingy" girlfriend who drag me out the house once and a while. But then I act in a similar way. But It should be possible to find someone that appreciates those aspects of you in your part of the world. I don't see you being alone forever.
