I think I understand what you're asking, not sure. If there are 13 cards with 8 clubs, your chance of drawing a club on the first pick is 8/13 or 61.5%. On the second pick there are 12 cards and 7 clubs so your chance of drawing a club is 7/12 or 58.3%. P.S. There is no 1 of clubs or hearts unless you're refering to an ace.
