Could use some help everybody. Thinking of getting the Sailor Moon Crystal Box set for a friend but I've seen a lot of negative stuff about it like ghosting images and such. Has anybody actually watched the DVD's and could offer their two cents?

It's rather unique in the sense of it's not the typical Mario story (save the princess). I honestly didn't have the slightest clue what was going to happen after chapter 75. I was completely mind-f*cked at that point. You're interested in (almost) every character that you're introduced to. Their history, goal, inner demons, whatever. It all captures your interest every time they speak cause you learn more and more about your favorite person. It's actually the 1st manhwa I read that was in color, so bonus points there from me. It's not terribly done, nor is it very detailed. It's very doable and simple. sometimes I wish I had more details going on, but again, it's not something I'm completely mad about. I actually care more about story and dialogue than animation/artwork. Now if the artist couldn't draw for crap I'd drop the series. You can't have ZERO artistic skills and do manhwa. And I'm reading a few (Dice, The Gamer & Black Haze are some). I think ToG has only 1 flaw at best and that would be the animation/art of the manhwa. And by flaw I mean it's just not Excellent. It's not average cause it's in color so it's good. But everything else about it is greatness. I actually got the DX belt which is still child sized so I decided to mod it myself with some cheap supplies I ordered off eBay. I got an elastic band, pierced through the bands with wires where there were small openings on the belt and taped over the wires so they aren't visible. $200+ isn't too bad, some people wanted to sell their belts for near $500! It's a pretty fun toy to mess around with, I'd guess it was around $50 when it came out, maybe higher considering this is Japan. I may have to hunt down a DX Faiz Blaster for next year's cosplays. I've got to make a comeback as end season Takumi. If I can get one, I'll pick up a Delta gear as well xD

School Days I just laughed at due to how completely stupid the plot became. As for stuff I would not recommend: Freezing, Agent Aika, Najica Blitz Tactics, any Ikki Tousen season (or anything that runs on fanservice.) or any series that has blatant pedo fanservice. or anything done by the group Masters Of Entertainment (Steel Angel Kurumi season 2, Love Love?, The Cosmopolitan Prayers) or New Mobile Report Gundam Wing. No, seriously. Fuck Wing.
