I'm Buddhist... So I'm not necessarily "religious", I have no problem with anyone's religion, and I like to learn about them all (it's nice to broaden your view on the world). So long as they don't try to force their beliefs on me I'm fine with any religion.

There are of course nonverbal interactions that can show displays of friendly and romantic affection. In my experience, some of the best communicators may be awkward with words, but compensate by with interesting, fun, and emotionally fulfilling ways of bonding. For example, I have this one friend we call "Squish". And while she wasn't exactly the best speaker, she made most of her friends by turning life into a game. I remember shortly after meeting her, she just slaps my shoulder and shouts "Tag! You're it!" Man, I never had so much fun in a wallmart parking lot.
