I definitely prefer subs from past experiences. I feel like they take a bit too much liberty unnecessarily changing the dialogue while dubbing, and it’s rare they pick voice actors that really match characters.
However some of the more recent dubs haven’t been too bad.

Been checking out some hentai anime lately just for the art and character designs, and it’s wild how much personality some of the characters have packed into a single frame. Spent some time scrolling through scenes and ended up laughing at how over-the-top some expressions and poses can get.
