Ever had the realisation that you're rambling something really awesome? Making this thread to archive such moments. This was in the middle of a discussion about beauty and attraction. Physical beauty is definitely a factor. But when a woman's daily obsession is shopping for make up and cosmetics and dresses and etc... You just realise that is all they are to themselves and when you try to talk to them about any creative art or culture or anything. Those people have nothing to say. Because its all about the drama and the gossip and who's wearing what, who's sleeping with who, etc. I mean yeah devote some time to physical beauty (since it does also involve one's quality of health). But don't make it your life achievement. There's a whole world beyond that vanity mirror

So I went to a con ran (awhile ago) by animeleague UK and some genius con organiser thought it would be a greater idea to set up a karaoke bar. No one had the balls to use it and at the time I was too busy with the ITG and smash tourney and blazblue tourney. y u no sing your little weeb heart? Suffice to say the karaoke idea was never used again. Too bad too since it was set up on the stage where all the performers would go too. It was neat. Except for the fact that no one would dare do anything but stare at stuff. Seriously, they paid 40 or so quid to just sit around and gawk and occasionally buy 2nd hand manga.
