Shana from Shakugan no Shana...who wouldn't love a red haired lolita with a big sword and supernatural powers? Mina Tepes from Dance in the Vampire Bund as runner up. And I'll always have a spot for Lucy from Elfen Lied (my favorite anime of all time!)
