National rivalrys are a good thing Lamby they instill a healthy dose of pride in ones own country while inciting friendly competition. Are you familiar with the term banter? Beacuse that's what's this is. I confess I am behind on the dishes.

England isn't architecturally better than America. Definitely depends on what you find of Architectural value. I personally like England for being progressive about women working in said field. But, honestly, neomodernist/contemporary/postmodernist/actual architecture is better represented around the US than England. They got stuck in High-Tech and Monumentalism somehow.

@Maria I agree actually a lot of Britains take on modern Archechture is horrific and makes the streets look like a mismatched patchwork of awfulness. I prefer some of the old fashion Victorian era buildings that you can see in the smaller seaside towns. Britains approach to modern Architechture defo needs a rethink.
