I confess I lesson to songs that should make a person not fall asleep while I sleep and right before I sleep. I also confess I sleep talk,sing,yell,and I can 100% reply to someone when I'm a sleep and they are talking to me and I can describe what I'm dreaming about when asleep if asked. This happened at a sleep study FYI

I confess that I also beat my self up in my sleep and end up with bruises. when I do not do that I can feel the pain in my dreams. As you can tell I'm a very violent sleeper
