The first sad moment I've seen in anime was deffo when Hughes died in FMA. It almost actually made me cry. But the saddest thing I've seen (Spoiler alert) is the end of season one of Sword Art Online. That one upset me for days. Still no years though lol

Bit of an amendment to that; seeing Armstrong and Mustang cry at the funeral hit me like a wall. Still gets me now :(

I guess Clannad After story and Angel Beats had pretty sad endings.

The first sad moment? When I saw Van, the King of Fanelia, lose his kingdom and many of his close friends and allies in an attack. (Escaflowne was my introduction to anime) Saddest moment ever? I cry just thinking about it.. TT^TT When Ace is killed on the battlefield trying to save Luffy's life.. after ALL the things that Luffy endured trying to save him.. He gets killed trying to save Luffy...... I've never cried so hard over any other scene in any other anime in all the years I've been an Otaku! I knew I'd cry even before I watched it. I saw the title of the episode, "Ace dies on the battlefield".. and my heart just died! I didn't even want to watch the episode! Man... I bawled for almost half an hour.... TT^TT

Ya know I thought I was pretty hard so I didn't really feel sad for anime until I saw angel beats especially the paraplegic girl I think I literally cried

I'm bad... a total sap.. I can literally feel the very same emotions being portrayed on the screen before me~ So.. yeah.. I tend to cry a lot. :"> But I'm a girl~ So it's ok for me to be a big softy. :P
