whats the first sad moment you remember in anime and the saddest moment youve seen since

SPOILER********* Anytime a character I've grown attached to dies, there are alot of them, the female from gundam seed destiny, kamina from gurren lagan. A lot of the parts in angel beats got me in the feels. There are too many for me to name, those are just a few.

End of Clannad Afterstory was the saddest and my first was the moment hideki thoght chi was gone for good and was holding her in his arms in Chobits

first i remember? Probably cardcaptor sakura when Syaoran calls out her name when shes falling into a deep dark hole but then she floats back up and he like: :hugs: (this means i love you) shes like (?) anyway i think the saddest moment was in Clannad after story: (spoilers) when Tomoya amd Nagisas daughter is dieing in his arms and he's crying and its snowing and it's all intense. :gosh feel like crying juat thinking about it:

Chirin no Suzu is either the first or second anime I saw along time ago and the whole thing is a downer. Somehow I am yet to see Grave of the Fireflies. But honestly, ever since I started watching K-dramas, anime rarely scratches the surface. It feels like most of them are a twisted practice in pathos.
