Hm, well, if you really want to know how someone feels, you should ask head on. However, I understand that you may not want to risk loosing this type of relationship you have with her right now because it can mean things getting awkward or a destroyed relationship. She could be confused with what she sees you as or how she feel but it can also be that she is messing with your emotions. I would say only you can decide for yourself on what you think is going on with her and with what you wanna do. You can decide to take the initiative and ask her, wait till she confesses, or have the relationship stay as is. Decide for yourself which is best and weigh out the pros and cons. I hope this has helped you. It is really hard to tell what other people are thinking or feeling and it is also hard to tell when they are being honest. However, you know her better than anyone else on here.

She might probably be confused. Like.. Does she like anyone else? :/ If that guy isn't working out for her she might just be going to you on those times when that other guy doesn't flirt back or something. Although she doesn't sound seriously interested. If you want to keep on going after her, great, but you might want to think about finding someone else. :/
