depends! You can buy some costumes cheap over Visiphone - but some other people sell it for an unrealistic prize. The school uniform on one screenshot was "cheap". But you have the possibility to make easy Meseta by Klothos orders and some other NPCs. This week and the week before you get AC scratches by SEGA.
